A homegrown answer to Negros's energy and waste challenge.
Green Solution.PH is not just a company — it’s a climate solution, a livelihood creator and a community builder. Built in Bacolod, rooted in Negros.
Engr. Ian Fred L. Solas leads the work.
Engr. Ian Fred L. Solas, CEO of Green Solutions PH & IF Green Technologies, founded and leads Green Solution.Ph, with operations at a Barangay Felisa facility in Bacolod City. His work spans biodiesel production, waste-to-energy research, and the broader Green Innovations Campaign across Negros.
Engr. Solas also leads IF Green Technologies, focused on hydroponic and aquaponic urban farming systems — a parallel effort to use technology for food security alongside the renewable-fuel work.

Why Bacolod, why biodiesel.
The Philippines imports most of its diesel. At the same time, used cooking oil, market spoilage, and processor fats in Bacolod are dumped, burned, or landfilled — three waste streams with real fuel value, lost.
Green Solution.Ph exists to close that loop locally: collect the streams from restaurants, public markets, households, and poultry processors, then process them into renewable biodiesel at a facility in Barangay Felisa.
Biodiesel performance depends on the engine, blend ratio, and OEM guidance — so the work is paired with honest qualification on suitability. Real partnerships, real diligence, before any production-volume supply.
From a homegrown idea to a national stage.
